Today we received the report summarising your evaluations. Thank you for taking the time to provide us with this feedback. Your comments are honest, fair and detailed. We will take them to heart and together with the department we will work to address the issues you mention, in particular course prerequisites and course information in the study guide.
Thanks again and good luck in your other courses!
Here is the password for the retakes of the group assignments. Please don’t send your assignments to us by email as we have had problems with that in the past.
Just to clarify, your revised proposal should consist of three parts:
- Revised proposal text in which you procesed the reviewers’ comments (5 pages max using the ACM template)
- Response letter in which you detail how you dealt with the reviewers’ comments. For example if a reviewer misinterpreted a part of your proposal, state this and say you have rephrased the text etc. (1-2 pages, up to you how you format it. Do start and end with a salutation as you normally would in a letter)
- Poster (1 page)
Resubmit your revised version as a single pdf to the Easychair system before the deadline.
I heard from a few of you that you did not receive the easychair email with the proposals assigned to you for reviewing. Please check if the email did not end up in your spam folder. Also, you can still see which papers are assigned to you if you log in to easychair. If this is not the case, please send let me know asap and I will check in the system.
The 11:00 – 12:45 session will take place in room WN-M607.
Below you find the order of the lightning talks coming Monday. Please check if your name is on there, and in what slot it is. Don’t forget to submit your slide (PDF) before midnight tonight. No slide = no presentation = no lightning talk grade.
